Delicious Raspberry Sorbet!
Super easy and refreshing!
Makes about 5 cups
2 Cups Water
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Combine in saucepan on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
4 Cups Frozen Raspberries (thawed)
Blend mixture with immersion blender until smooth.
Strain to remove seeds.
Cover and place in fridge until cooled.
Pour mixture into ice cream machine and let mix until thickened.
Add toppings for optional garnish.
